In July 2022, Lilli partnered with Reading Borough Council to drive positive change across adult social care services, addressing key challenges like, reducing waiting lists, right-sizing care packages and optimising resource allocation.

The tech was implemented across sheltered housing, supported living, mental health support, community-based reablement and hospital discharge pathways.

Maya’s Journey to Independence
Maya has Down’s Syndrome and learning difficulties but is highly independent. After moving into supported living, Lilli’s technology was installed to monitor her well-being. The insights proved she was coping well, leading to a significant reduction in her care package and an improved quality of life.
